As we step into this new year, I feel called to speak directly to you if you already know you’re standing at the edge of something meaningful just waiting to be unveiled.
You’ve done the work.
You’ve built the credibility.
You’ve carried responsibility with grace and strength.
And yet… you can feel it.
A stirring. A pull. A knowing that you are being invited into a deeper, truer expression of who you are now.
2026 is the year of your next level of authentic self-expression.
The year you own your true brilliance without apologizing for it or shrinking it down to fit old expectations.
This is not the year to get bogged down by outdated scripts, inherited narratives, or familiar ways of thinking and being. And it is certainly not the year to be tripped up by what happened in 2025.
Put that all away.
It served its purpose.
It belongs in the past.
You are meant to elevate.
But elevation requires release.
Releasing the need to be perfect.
Releasing performative ways of being.
Releasing the illusion of control.
Releasing the habit of carrying what was never yours to hold.
There is a version of you emerging that leads with clarity, conviction, and ease. A woman who knows her authority does not come from over-functioning or proving, but from alignment.
You are being called to be heard and seen exactly as you were designed to be. Through your contributions. Your creations. Your innovations. Your ideas. Your voice.
This is the year to put your stake in the ground.
To stand firm regardless of what is happening around you.
To stop waiting for the “right” conditions or permission that may never come.
Do not shrink away.
Do not hide your brilliance.
Do not run from what you are equipped to do or who you are meant to be.
You have a role to play.
And now is the time.
Let 2026 be a year of evolution. Of transformation into your higher identity. A year where you co-create with God what He has already placed on your heart.
